The place is not suitable for outdoor partying late in the evening and at night! During the summer season, uin the open air playing music and other loud noise at: Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., it is prohibited for lakeside residents to sleep for the sake of peace.
Services, such as meals and activities, e.g. field guide, yard Olympics, nature tours, offered by local entrepreneurs in the vicinity. We help with connections as best we can.
Current affairs. 2025–2026 in the areas surrounding the site forest regeneration work is being carried out. Courtyard will remain unchanged and no forest work will cause any inconvenience to our guests.

The marked nature trail, the berry and mushroom forest, and the fishing spot can be reached right from the yard. Although the place is in the countryside in the middle of quiet nature, it is a relatively short distance to the town of Jämsä and the activities of Himos.
