The booking is binding once the full accommodation payment has been made.

Payment can be made by invoice, credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation is free when made in writing at least 30 days before the stay begins. In this case, all payments made will be refunded.

Payments are not refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days before the stay begins.

The renter is responsible for the accommodation, its furnishings and other movable property throughout the rental period. The renter must compensate in full for any damage caused. The person who made the booking must ensure that every member of the group follows these booking and rental terms and is responsible for the actions of the entire group.

The accommodation may be used by no more than the number of people stated in the booking. Camping on the property in a tent, caravan or motorhome is not permitted without separate permission. Day visits by additional people must also be agreed in advance.

Normal final cleaning is included in the accommodation price. If exceptional cleaning is required due to difficult stains, grease, strong odours or pet hair, additional cleaning is charged at €55/hour.

Bed linen and sauna towels can be rented, or guests may bring their own. Beds must not be used without a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase.

If this rule is not followed, a laundry fee of €20 per bed will be charged.

Pets are allowed only by prior agreement. Approved pets are charged at €30 per pet per stay.

Palvia is located in a peaceful lakeside area. Do not land on other properties’ shores. When boating, keep a distance of approximately 30 metres from other shores to respect privacy.

Quiet hours outdoors are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outdoor music must end by 10:00 PM, and conversations outdoors must be kept at a normal volume. The use of personal music equipment outdoors is prohibited. A €350 penalty may be charged for violating quiet hours or noise rules.

Palvia Glamping Oy may cancel a booking or interrupt a stay due to force majeure. Such situations may include prolonged power or water outages, fire, natural events, orders from authorities or another similar event beyond the reasonable control of Palvia Glamping Oy. In this case, accommodation fees will be refunded for the part of the service that cannot be provided. Palvia Glamping Oy is not liable for indirect costs incurred by the customer, such as travel expenses or other bookings.

If the accommodation is used contrary to this agreement or causes unreasonable disturbance to neighbours, Palvia Glamping Oy may terminate the stay immediately without refunding the rent or other payments.
