Booking terms

General terms

  • Booking is confirmed upon payment
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: immediate payment required
  • More than 30 days before arrival: payment within 14 days
  • Free cancellation at least 14 days before arrival
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
  • The booker must be at least 18 years old and present during the entire stay
  • Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay at the venue
  • Day visitors outside the booking must be reported and may be charged
  • Personal tents may not be set up and campervans may not be used for free overnight stays
  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited
  • Loud use of personal music equipment outdoors is prohibited
  • Quiet hours outdoors in summer 22:00–07:00
  • Bed linen and sauna towels can be rented for €10/set or bring your own
  • Beds are not pre-made
  • Beds must not be used without linen – laundry fee €20/bed
  • Final cleaning is included in the price
  • Special cleaning (stain removal, pet hair): €55/h
  • Ozone treatment for smoke or strong odours indoors charged at cost
  • Dogs allowed by agreement (extra charge €30)
  • Furry pets are not allowed indoors
  • Owner is responsible for waste cleanup and any damages
  • Guests are liable for any damage to the venue property
  • We recommend travel insurance covering possible property damage
  • Report any damage to the host as soon as possible
  • A €350 penalty may be charged for violating nighttime quiet hours
