Booking terms

General terms

  • Booking is confirmed upon payment
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: immediate payment required
  • More than 30 days before arrival: payment within 14 days
  • Free cancellation at least 14 days before arrival
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
  • The booker must be at least 18 years old and present during the entire stay
  • Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay at the venue
  • Day visitors outside the booking must be reported and may be charged
  • Personal tents may not be set up and campervans may not be used for free overnight stays
  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited
  • Loud use of personal music equipment outdoors is prohibited
  • Outdoor music must end by 10:00 PM. After that, loud conversation, shouting and other disturbing noise must also be avoided outdoors. The evening may continue normally indoors. A contractual penalty of €350 may be charged for disturbing noise if lakeside residents make complaints during the night.
  • Bed linen and sauna towels can be rented for €10/set or bring your own
  • Beds are not pre-made
  • Beds must not be used without linen – laundry fee €20/bed
  • Final cleaning is included in the price
  • Special cleaning (stain removal, pet hair): €55/h
  • Ozone treatment for smoke or strong odours indoors charged at cost
  • Dogs allowed by agreement (extra charge €30)
  • Furry pets are not allowed indoors
  • Owner is responsible for waste cleanup and any damages
  • Guests are liable for any damage to the venue property
  • We recommend travel insurance covering possible property damage
  • Report any damage to the host as soon as possible
  • A €350 penalty may be charged for violating nighttime quiet hours. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with these terms and is liable for the actions of the entire group.
